Steve's gets frustrated with sitting all day in a van

Leanne can't take it, and stabs Mark in the back

Now we have to go to a hospital

Wait, what kind of hospital is this?

It says there's no emergency services, but the sign clearly points to the emergency entrance. What to do?!?!

Steve and Mark try to think of something. Does Phil have an idea?

Yes! Climbing things! Phil goes first.

Steve tries his best, but quickly gets stuck
